Returns and Refunds

On receipt of goods, you have 21 days to report a faulty, damaged, or unsuitable item(s). You can do this by e-mail or by contacting our Customer Service team at (519)-476-2931

Please provide as much information as possible for the reason for the request to return with full details about the fault or damage and provide photographs, where appropriate. The request will be assessed by one of our customer service representatives and we will contact you regarding our next action. Any refund agreed will be in the form of a credit note.

  • All furniture items that are no longer required but are reported within 21 days of delivery will incur a 20% handling charge plus the cost of return.
  • For the return of items that are Made to Order, please contact our Customer Services team on (519)-476-2931 or by e-mail.
  • We are unable to accept returns of personalized products and custom order items for reasons other than being faulty or where damaged upon delivery.
  • Any orders cancelled will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
